Ovarian Cancer Stages: The Four Stages You Need To Be Aware Of

C, this means that the cancer affects both the ovary and ovarian surface.

Phase 2

to mean that the cancer is found in either the uterus or fallopian tubes.
B This means that the cancer has spread to areas within the pelvis.
• This means that the cancer is found to affect all areas of the pelvis and abdomen.

Stage 3

cancer cells are now in the tissue of the stomach lining.
B tumors can now be found on the stomach lining and can be up to 3 cm in size.
C large tumors can now be found on the stomach lining, groin area or on the back side of the uterus.

Stage 4 does not have categories, it is because the cancer is found to affect other parts of the body.
